Welcome to the Resting Beach Face! We’re so glad you’re here!

The house is perfect for families, couples, children, and groups of friends visiting Gulf Shores! Only a 2-minute walk to the beach and within a short drive are great restaurants, fishing, Fort Morgan, a wildlife refuge, fun centers, boating, kayaking, golf, and shopping.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

● 2 Master Bedrooms with ensuites. Each has 1 Queen bed, 1 dresser for you to unpack your belongings, and access to the back deck with views of the Gulf. There’s also a TV in each bedroom.
● One of the Master Bedrooms has a desk and chair for a dedicated workspace with fast wifi.

● Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, + a twin-sized bunk bed, closet and dressers. There’s also a TV in this bedroom.

● Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed + a twin-size bunk bed, closet and dressers. There’s also a TV in this bedroom.

● Sleeps 12 people

● All 3 bathrooms are tub/shower combinations.

Indoor Living & Dining:

● The main living area has plenty of seating, a large smart TV, and an electric fireplace with remote

● Spacious dining area with a table

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and staying in the house

● This home is NOT pet friendly. While we love pets, we do not want to risk the wear and tear they can bring. If you have brought your pet, please make arrangements to board it.

● This is a non-smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the home or near open windows and doors. Do not dispose of cigarettes in the yard, as there may be a charge to clean them from the property.

Cancellation Policy

Firm:

Guest receives 100.00% (less $45.00 taxable cancellation fee) if
cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within
30 days of arrival.

Please Note: The bottom line is that we try to do everything to re-rent your dates if you have to cancel less than 30 days from your arrival. If we can re-rent your nights (possibly at a discounted rate if it’s close to the arrival date), we’ll refund you the amount up to what the new guest is paying for your dates.

The host determines the cancellation policy themselves and provides refunds manually if necessary.

It was one of the most beautiful and well thought-out houses I've stayed in. Each detail was carefully considered. The decor and interior of the property were perfect with all the necessities included, complete with fishing supplies and beach toys. This was a family vacation with my brothers' family, our parents, and 6 kids altogether - it was perfect in every way. The beach is a short walk away, which is fantastic! Tom was very accommodating and proactive. It is definitely a property I would recommend to others and would return to myself in the future!

Perfect spot for quiet beach access! Little bit of a drive to restaurants and activities but cannot underestimate the short walk down the street to a super quiet beach! Awesome house with all the amenities we wanted… super stocked kitchen, beach toys/towels/chairs/wagon/etc. perfect for those flying in to take advantage of! Communication was excellent before during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend both the house specifically and Tom & Barb!
