The house is perfect for families, couples, children, and groups of friends visiting Gulf Shores! Only a 2-minute walk to the beach and within a short drive are great restaurants, fishing, Fort Morgan, a wildlife refuge, fun centers, boating, kayaking, golf, and shopping.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
● 2 Master Bedrooms with ensuites. Each has 1 Queen bed, 1 dresser for you to unpack your belongings, and access to the back deck with views of the Gulf. There’s also a TV in each bedroom.
● One of the Master Bedrooms has a desk and chair for a dedicated workspace with fast wifi.
● Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, + a twin-sized bunk bed, closet and dressers. There’s also a TV in this bedroom.
● Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed + a twin-size bunk bed, closet and dressers. There’s also a TV in this bedroom.
● Sleeps 12 people
● All 3 bathrooms are tub/shower combinations.

● The main living area has plenty of seating, a large smart TV, and an electric fireplace with remote

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and staying in the house
● This home is NOT pet friendly. While we love pets, we do not want to risk the wear and tear they can bring. If you have brought your pet, please make arrangements to board it.
● This is a non-smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the home or near open windows and doors. Do not dispose of cigarettes in the yard, as there may be a charge to clean them from the property.
● Additional rules and information can be found at the time of booking and in the home notebook during your stay.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
The host determines the cancellation policy themselves and provides refunds manually if necessary.
